Located at 101 Railroad Ave in Mancos, CO, Millie’s opened in May 2026. Our menu is intentionally simple right now as we ease into things and will be expanding more over time. We are open from 7am-3pm, closed on Wednesday’s. At this time, we do not accept to go orders by phone, but come on in and we’ll get you fed and fueled with coffee!
