Millie’s Market - Coming Soon!

Exciting things are brewing! The corner of HWY 160 and Main Street in Mancos, Colorado will soon be home to Millie’s Market. Millie’s will primarily be a cafe and everyday eatery. She’ll be your newest gathering place, your stop before an adventure, and home to fresh ingredients and fresh food.

Operations at our neighbors and partners at the M-Bar (next door at the Mesa Verde Motel) will be shifting over to the new space, with even more to offer.

Millie’s is targeting late Spring or early Summer 2026 to open, but in the meantime, catering and take and bake options will be available.
