Millie’s - OPENING SOON!
Located at 101 Railroad Ave., Millie’s will soon be your newest cafe and restaurant in Mancos, Colorado, just minutes from Mesa Verde National Park. We’ll feature fresh, locally inspired food, quality coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere.
In partnership with our neighbors at the Mesa Verde Motel, operations at the M-Bar are moving into our new space. We’ll bring expanded offerings, more room to gather, and an elevated food and drink experience.
We’re proud to be a part of the Mancos community and can’t wait to open our doors! We’re targeting mid-May!
Millie’s is targeting late Spring to open, but in the meantime, we’re booking catering, event planning, and we’ll soon launch take and bake options!
